Keeps crashing when I attempt to open an issue

I have payed a monthly subscription for this magazine and can not open any of these magzinws

Don’t get if you already subscribe

If you already subscribe to WDW Magazine, don’t download this. I’m sure the app functions fine if you purchase your subscription through the app. But let’s be honest, how many of us are here because we already have a subscription? I was hoping I found an easier way to read my digital subscription, but it is apparently a completely different login than the one I use to access my issues on a browser. I emailed customer service in hopes that I would be provided a solution of way to log in. Instead I received silence, no response. It seems really silly to have an app that is completely separate from a regular digital subscription.

Wasted money

I subscribe for a month signed up with an email address and password. From that point forward it’s impossible to sign in and read the magazines. The screen says invalid not recognized. If you try to reset your password it won’t accept the email address to send you a reset. So I’m paying for a month and I won’t be able to use it. I canceled my subscription immediately but I’m still paying for nothing.

App won’t let me view my subscription

Contacting support, so I’ll update if this gets fixed. But the app won’t let me view my subscription. So far, I feel the same as many others that I shouldn’t have to go through support for this. The login info should be the same!

Doesn’t work with Print + digital subscription

You can only use this if you purchase the digital subscription through the app. One reviewer said if you purchased your subscription through the website you could contact customer service and they can get you set up on the app. This isn’t true. I contacted them and they said only app subscriptions can use the app. This is ridiculous and really lack of thought and planning from WDW Magazine.

Horrible

Numerous calls to a support line that no one answers. Emails to a support desk that doesn’t respond. Save your money and go elsewhere. The canned magical support team email is all you will receive.

Only works on wifi

Do not try reading these magazines on an airplane or anywhere else you are not connected.

Amazing magazine and great app!!

Everything about the magazine is amazing and to be able to read it on the go or on an airplane while you are awaiting your hard copy is fabulous!!

The app never remembers my login info It’s very frustrating I always have to go the website and login in

Don’t do it if you plan to use the app

I constantly get shut out of my subscription on the app! Today Stefanie at WDW Magazine told me they they are aware of an app problem(no kidding, it’s been going on for over a year) but it’s “going to be a while”. I’m done. Cancelling my subscription.

Great App/Magazine

This app works very well. The magazine is informative, fun, with great photographs and video content.

Validation error

I try to subscribe, but it gives me an error and will not let me read any magazines so I just canceled my subscription.

Can’t read

Everytime I try to read it it tells me I need to subscribe and asks me for an account number. I never received an account number. After I keep trying to download it eventually loads but now it is not even loading. Very frustrated going to cancel my subscription.

You’ve lost all respect and my business from being so immature that you protest Facebook for not censoring free speech about trump. How dare you try to stifle the constitution of the country that allowed you to get so rich. Are you carrying on Walt Disney’s legacy of hating Jews and now Trump for helping Israel?

Trouble downloading

Not a good app, problems with downloading new issues

I have a subscription it’s still won’t let me look at anything it tells me to subscribe then asked me for a number and account number I don’t have one it’s never sent me one because that worked on Monday and talk to somebody in person

Constantly have to restore purchases

I auto pay monthly for access to the online magazine and run into access difficulties each time I open the app. So much so, that I just purchased a year of the hard copy edition. Love Disney, don’t love this app.

WDW magazine

I love the magazine but all of a sudden I can’t down load it and I have sent a few emails and they still haven’t fixed the problem😢of course after I paid for a full year subscription .

A big struggle

I’m not sure why this app does not seem to work on my iPhone. It asks for an account number which doesn’t seem to exist. And there does not seem to be an app for my kindle device.

Confusing

I can’t get the new magazines through the app anymore, I can get old issues. I have to try on the website. But every time I want to read it, it takes me 20 minutes or so to figure out where it is, I liked the app before.

App is Terrible

I couldn’t even download an issue. It was extremely frustrating. I deleted the app and canceled my subscription after getting the run around trying to login for 30 min. Awful.

Good magazine, bad app.

I wish this magazine was accessible through a more thoroughly tested app. The folks that edit the magazine do a great job, but it’s very frustrating when I subscribe to something and immediately have issues accessing the thing I’m subscribing to. I can’t access the magazine at all through my iPad Pro, which is why I subscribed in the first place. I can download issues with the iPhone app, but I paid to view on my large screen. Can’t figure out how to access all the issues using website either, it’s like it doesn’t recognize me as a subscriber because I subscribed through the Apple app. I will increase my rating to 5 stars once the app is fixed. This magazine is great though!

Can’t get the magazines!

I subscribe and it won’t let me see the magazines. I’ve tried deleting, re-downloading, unsubscribing, and emailing but it won’t allow that either. Used to work and now it’s so frustrating! It says I need to be an active subscriber and I am, it even says I am! I want access again.

Fantastic

I have read one magazine so far and I LOVE it. It so realistic. It’s like being there. The writing is wonderful and the pictures are spectacular. The side tours are a great bonus. So glad I subscribed!! Looking forward to the next issue already and going back to the bast issues and catching up😊💜💙💚

Update: Great Magazine - Disappointing iOS App

Another update: We’ve decided to cancel our subscription. Two of the last four issues are not available to download or view on any of our devices. Customer Service is not able to provide technical support for any issues relating to the iOS app. The magazine is terrific, but the app does not work consistently enough to maintain our subscription. We will probably try again sometime in the future to see if the bugs have been fixed. The magazine is great - the app is disappointing. Earlier Update: It looks like the latest app update has fixed the Family Sharing issue. I had originally purchased a monthly subscription on my wife’s account because I could not share my subscription with her from my account. With the latest update, it looks like Family Sharing has been enabled. The iOS app version of the magazine looks great on the iPad. I find it much easier to navigate than with the digital web version. It’s a wonderful magazine. (I still can’t figure out why the April 2020 issue is not available on the app). Original Review: The WDW Magazine looks great on the iPad. Unfortunately, as far as I can tell, a subscription to the magazine cannot be shared with family members, even though, in the app description, they state that, “Up to six family members can use this app with Family Sharing enabled. (Here’s the fine print/Catch 22): In-app purchases can’t be shared with family members.” Because a “subscription” to the magazine is a “purchase” within the app, the magazine cannot be shared with your family. I checked with the WDW Magazine Help Desk, to see if there was any way to share the magazine with family members, and the told me that, “due to unforeseen changes in Apple operating system, we are unable to offer access of any kind to the app.” If anyone knows of a way to share WDW Magazine with family members, please let me know. I would love to subscribe, but only if I can share it with my family.

Difficult to impossible to use

I was able to subscribe no problem but was only able to download one issue and the rest would fail thereafter. So I do not recommend this app.

Nonsense

Subscribed. Supposed to get sign on information by email. Took a while to come. Finally received sign on and password to use. Downloaded this app. Tried to get mag. Indicated I was a subscriber. In order to get mag it indicated needed my account number. Never received it previously. It is not like I am buying a diamond. I went back and forthwith customer service and now awaiting next communication. Not the agents fault. Just venting. Have a magical day.

The best gift you will ever give yourself

This magazine checks all the boxes. It is well written, the pictures are frame worthy, and there are always some fun facts to learn that you never knew before. For any Disney Lover, it is a dream come true. And very helpful when planning a trip. You learn about all the great menus and dining experiences, what is new at the parks, and what us coming in the near future. You get helpful hints about booking a spot on the new Star Wars rides and how to better immerse yourself in the whole Galaxy’s Edge experience. This magazine truly is a must have. I wait excitedly for it to arrive every month. And the digital version is fantastic as you can click onto certain pictures and a world opens up before your eyes. I get both the digital and printed copies and am glad I have both formats. The magazine is truly a gift to be enjoyed and cherished.

I have a subscription but every time I go to download the new magazine it wants me to subscribe.

Love This Magazine

We found the WDW Magazine while making plans to take our whole crew to Florida in June - All 9 of us! That is uncertain for now but we have gotten some great insights from this publication. Our daughter & grandkids get a paper copy & I signed up for the digital edition. The digital allows me to see videos and they are super! I also download the phone wallpaper periodically. I always look forward to the next edition!

Great app

The magazine is one of the best and the pictures are awesome. Well worth the the price for subscription!

Has potential

This app would be amazing if I could actually access my digital subscription from my phone. It seems because I purchased the bundle I have no way to log into my account through the app. I need an account number which doesn’t actually exist. Very happy with the magazine bundle, love looking at old issues but would really love to fully utilize my subscription. °o°❤️

Very difficult to use app when purchase digital online

I purchased the digital bundle online from my desktop computer, and everything works great there. However, the app was unusable to start without technical support. With WDW support and a few tries, I am now able to use the app. My recommendation is this- if you get the subscription, it is great. If you want to view online, plan to use your computer and not an Apple app until you’ve gone back and forth with support. That said, if you buy the package through the app, apparently it works better that way, but the print editions are not included. I’m looking forward to my subscription. WDW support was great. They were really responsive and got it to work reasonably quickly. Just wish the app worked with less hassle. Good luck.

Great magazine

This magazine is great for Disney lovers. The customer service is also top notch. I highly recommend.

When you can’t be there, this is great. We love it.

Good but stops working.

Several times I have to email Support several times because the app doesn’t know who I am. Support is good. But at least 3x had to email Support for help. I hope they will fix their App.

Not good

The content is excellent but the app leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve had to contact support several times and I’m about to give up and just use the website.

Unreliable App

While the WDW magazine is fantastic with excellent writers and photographers, the app fall short. Rarely do my subscribed issues appear in the downloads. Deleting and restoring the app does not solve issues. The same ongoing errors are present.

Love magazines

It is a great app and I love the digital magazines, but sometimes it doesn’t always let me get my magazines, but immediately they help me get the product so that is a good thing. Thanks for a wonderful job and a great magazine.

WDW-Magazine App Doesn’t work.

Great idea, but app is not functional. Asks for subscription information, but none is provided when ordering.

Subscription Management Needs Help

Have tried to remove and reinstall the app. Still can’t get the subscription to be recognized. Now have to email support .. and wait.

Accessing the magazine is difficult and slow Today, I wAs asked for membership # instead of user name and Pw. Home page needs to be more user friendly. Site not up to Disney standards
